Jesus makes a glorious entry to Jerusalem as God's chosen King to the acclaim of the gathered crowd, which was hinted at in his healing of Bartimaeus.

A status worth something

 The only status worth something is not found in the world, but found in Christ. Jesus, the great one, suffers to set many free. The life of faith is one of service and humility not pride and seeking position.

The Rich Young Man

A rich young man comes to Jesus looking for affirmation and ends up leaving disappointed: it is hard for someone who seems to have everything to see their need for Jesus.
